All systems carry an in-store one-year parts & labor warranty from HL COMPUTER.
Labor warranty does not include data or software recovery and is limited to original configuration restoration.
Warranty does not cover on-site repair services. HL COMPUTER, INC. is not responsible for any expenses, fees or other losses incurred as a result of defective or incompatible products. Components damaged by abuse or improper installation are not covered by manufacturer or HL COMPUTER. Component sales carry a 90-day warranty & 7-day return or exchange. Except softwares which are not returnable. OEM processors carry a 30-day warranty.
Labor charges carry no warranty and are not refundable. Customer should confirm proper operation prior to acceptance. Customer is fully responsible for data backup prior to repair.
HL COMPUTER, INC. will have no liability for any software, data loss or for bad peripherals egardless of cause. HL Computer will not be responsible for items left over 30 days from the date of completion. A minimum $65 ~ $120 diagnostic fee will be charged if a repair order is cancelled after service has begun.

All returns require original receipt. Returns for refund are accepted at original purchase location only. Systems are returnable within 7 days with a $110 restocking fee applied to that return. Component purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt of goods. No returns on software. Components purchased with software are not returnable if the software has been opened. Opened merchandise or items returned after 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the product is defective. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Merchandise to be exchanged or returned for refund must be in “As-new” condition. “As-new” means merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was received with all parts, software, manuals, packaging, warranties and accessories. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in the required condition as listed above. Defective returns must be in original packaging and include all software & manuals. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds for purchases paid by credit or debit card will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items
All Special Order, clearance items, “As-Is” items, service parts, items indicated with “**” or “no refund, replacement only” as part of the product description are not refundable. Software and components with opened software are not refundable. Labor, shipping costs, insurance and handling fees are not refundable.
